The store itself has two entrances and therefore two waiting rooms which can be confusing to first-time visitors. Dale is very business-oriented but sometimes you can get him to chat it up. The Fillmore store has two amazing female budtenders right now, one of which just got hired this week.
Speaking of, Maggie's just got their Clean Green certification, which is based on the USDA organic standards for produce! I always loved that they claimed to be organic now I have a third-party certifying it as such!! Totally worth whatever they paid to be certified as they are the only ones in Colorado to achieve this status!! You will find seeds in their buds from time to time but I attribute this to the fact that it's all grown outdoors. (I did provide feedback on this issue to multiple employees at the time, so maybe they are better now.) Their buds are always sparkly, sticky, and just the right moisture content. I also stopped buying their joints long ago after repeatedly being sold too-tight joints. I can only attest to the buds as I do not partake in the concentrates or hash they manufacture. I'm glad I kept coming back as Maggie's is one of my favorite places to shop. That said, I believe they have their supply/demand issues worked out because their selection this Fall/Winter 2013 has been through the roof!! I have been more than pleased with their new strains they have added (fruit stomper and white russian, for example). I was a fairly regular non-member customer and got frustrated with the lack of jars, as well as referring friends to Maggie's only to have them have the same experience.
I believe they weren't ready for the demand when they opened their third location and their supply and selection suffered because of this. However, there was a time (Spring 2013) where I almost gave up on Maggie's. Maggie's is one of the top dispensaries in DaSprangs, hands down. She makes cookies for all the patients and cupcakes I'm SPOILED rotten now Sammy! You must've done something to get that response from her! Quit lying and bashing this place cause you didn't get your way! What are you 5? THANK YOU MAGGIE'S FOR ALL THAT YOU'VE DONE! I look forward to smoking more organic outdoor bud from you. She's one of the sweetest, kindest, knowledgeable women I've EVER met! She always has a smile on her face and is more then willing to help with any questions. HMMMMM.I don't believe for a second that the blond at the fillmore store just came out and said she's calling the cops on you fool. Are you aware where you're shopping?!? It's an outdoor grow! Of course you might find A bug! Like I said 2 an a half years shopping and I never found one. Maggie's has always treated me wonderfully! They even went the extra mile to exchange product that didn't work for me for something else always weight for weight like any other shop in town. I've been shopping with Maggie's Farm for 2 an a half years now and I LOOOOVE!! This place!!! I'm sad their prices went up but hey they have some of the best buds for all of elpaso county! This cry baby down here must have his panties in a wad because he wanted more then what he deserved. This is hands down the best dispensary in Colorado springs and every other store should model there's based on what they do at maggies farm. It's awesome that the manager Gary is polite and open to converse with any and all customers and doesn't ever act too busy or too good to talk you up. The budtenders are super cool and don't rush you out the door. For the past three months I have gone no where else besides maggies.
AND NOT EVEN A SINGLE ONE can come close to the consistent, quality medicine this farm offers. Livwell, todays health care, cannabis therapeutics, a cut above, natures way, secret stash, cannabicare, strawberry fields, the organic seed, indispensary, the healing canna, pure intentions, fram, gaia, doctors orders, new horizons, bijou wellness center, levity wellness, and tree of wellness just to name a majority of the dispensaries I have been to. I mean, really, why in the world would you go anywhere else? I've shopped through countless dispensaries trying to pinpoint the perfect one.
I moved to the Springs back in March and I will say that I wish I found this place when we first moved.
